So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Having capable hardware and up-to-date software are key components of ensuring a good gameplay experience in virtual reality games. There are a few key considerations to make that can greatly impact the user experience. These include:
- Ensuring graphics drivers are up to date
- Ensuring the frame rate matches the head-mounted display's refresh rate
- Having updated core processors
- Having updated graphics cards
- Ensuring you have sufficient volatile memory
The operating system on the playback device is also important. With Oculus as an example, the following are supported:
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10
- Android OS Lollipop 5.1 and later
