Adding features to vector data

We've created data of the polygon type, and we need to add features now by creating polygons and then filling feature attributes accordingly:

1. The first thing we need to do to add features is enable Toggle Editing by clicking on it. Now, we need to draw a polygon; we can do so by clicking on Add Polygon Features.

2. Let's create a new polygon now. We need to click on the Map Display window and then click on every corner of the polygon we want to create. With every left-click, a node or the corner point of a polygon is created and, with successive clicks, these points are added. When we are done with adding all of the corners, just right-click to finish drawing the polygon. The steps are as follows:
