It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
GRASS, Graphical Modelers, and Web Mapping
In this chapter, we will look at some of the functionalities of the free and open source software Geographic Resources Analysis Support System (GRASS) GIS, which can be accessed using QGIS. Besides this, we will also look at how graphical modelers can be used to automate repetitive tasks in QGIS. We will also learn how to use create interactive maps in both QGIS and R that can be uploaded to the web.
