1 Einleitung

Gästebefragungen nach ihrer persönlichen Hotelkritik – seit dem Start von zahlreichen Internetplattformen ist das Thema Bewertungen immer öfter in den Schlagzeilen. Dennoch haben interne Feedbacksysteme als fester Bestandteil des Qualitätsmanagements, also gezielte Befragungen der Gäste per Flugblatt oder eMail – in der deutschen Hotellerie noch keinen besonders hohen Stellenwert. Nur 43 Prozent der Drei- bis Fünf-Sterne-Hotels setzen bislang ein eigenes Feedbacksystem ein.
