Managing Skype for Business users 

Now that we've looked at global settings, let's return to the users under the first heading. The following screenshot shows the users section with a few items redacted for security:

Looking at the top of the users list, you'll see the usual handy tools to filter and search. Filtering options include: all users, audio only, A/V on or off, high-def A/V, audio conferencing on or off, external access on or off, recording on or off, Skype-to-phone (POTS dialing) on or off, and in cloud or synced. The search box will find users based on either their username or display name.
