Data policies in this context really means DLP policies. You'd think that this would mean there would be overlap with security and compliance, but in fact, the DLP policies you can create there cover Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive—not PowerApps or Flow. At some point, Microsoft may integrate them, but as of writing this book, you'll need to come here to protect data in PowerApps:
