I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Potential solutions for inaccurate caller ID data
There are now services that promise to list or update your information in caller ID databases—both free and paid. There are companies that promise to crawl all the providers and do their best to scrub your information. Your mileage may vary, but we are weary of these services due to a substantial lack of accountability or provable results. Please don't take any links here to be an endorsement.
If you have a number that you've ported to Microsoft—and it's configured as a service number—then you may get some positive results by opening a support ticket and requesting that they erase whatever caller ID data exists in their database for the number, replacing it with your tenant's company name. ...
