Resources

Resources include rooms and equipment. A room has a capacity; booking a room by inviting it to a meeting limits the number of users that can also be invited to the meeting by the Capacity setting for the room. Equipment is understood to be one per customer, first come first serve, so as soon as one person has booked equipment for a time period no one else can. Adding equipment to a meeting does not restrict the number of people who can be invited to the meeting:
