Call handling options are the same for business hours and after hours. The only difference is which set of rules will be applied based on the time the call was connected.
You must set an initial company greeting. This can be either an uploaded audio file or computer-generated text-to-speech. Audio files must be in either the MP3, WAV, or WMA format and less than 5 MB.
You can choose to disconnect the call, play a menu, or redirect it to a call queue, yet another auto-attendant, or a specific user. Disconnecting comes across as somewhat harsh, so use it with care.
