In this chapter, we covered the most important and commonly used features and functions of Exchange Online. As you can see, Exchange Online is a complex enough topic that it could support a book all on its own, but we've at least touched on each of the topics, and drilled down into details of the most important ones.

The most important functions within Exchange Online are recipients and mail flow. These are also two of the most complex topics, with many subtopics. Every company that uses Exchange Online should have someone on the staff who has a good understanding of how to use these features.
