I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Holidays
You may add certain days that are an exception to the normal schedule. During the specified times, the system can play a different message and follow alternate rules. The usual options for audio and call handling are present, except without the menu. For example, you might choose to forward calls to a different department's auto-attendant or simply disconnect.
It is possible to have multiple holidays and even assign multiple date ranges per holiday. One nice feature is that you can choose a specific time for the beginning and end of a holiday, so you can start the holiday message at 3 p.m. when closing early for Thanksgiving weekend.
