To perform administrative functions on a specific video, you go to that video's page and click on View settings and then View in admin mode.
This will allow you to edit the auto-generated transcript, hide or unhide people associated with the video (useful if there was stock footage in your video and the people feature identified a person who wasn't actually associated with your company at all), and edit or delete comments that you didn't make. You always have the ability to edit and delete comments that are yours:
