Customizing default forms
In the previous recipes, we have learned how to extend and create new classes in Service Manager 2016. Obviously, when you do this you would want to be able update or create forms to include all of this new information.
Although Service Manager 2016 includes a generic form for classes missing their own forms, and the Extensions tab for custom class extensions, you might want to have control over how the forms look like in order to improve the usability of the console.
