Hands-on exercise for creating more scenarios using the Cross Filter (1)

The preceding report will generate all Customers with Opportunities, but management would like to limit these to accounts with the following:

• Won Opportunity
• Opportunity Close Date within last 1 year

Let's use the same report and customize it:

1. Open the report and click on the Edit button.
2. Click on the Edit link in the Accounts with Opportunities filter.
3. Click on the Add Opportunities Filter link.
4. Select Won equals True; since this is a picklist field, you can use the magnifying glass icon to select the value.
5. Click on the Add Opportunities Filter link again.
