Hands-on exercise for subscribing to a report in Lightning Experience

Let's consider a use case: you have a weekly sales pipeline meeting with your team every Monday morning at 9:00 am. To make sure you are well prepared when you reach the office, you would like the system to email you and your assistant, Alvin Lee, the pipeline report every Monday morning at 8:00 am:

1. Assume you have the Subscribe to Reports permission and the Subscribe to Reports: Add Recipients permission.
2. If you see the report under the Reports tab, click on the arrow and then click on Subscribe, or you also can open the report to confirm and then click on the Subscribe button.
3. Select these:
   • Frequency as Weekly
   • Days as MON
   • Time as 8:00 AM
