So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In this chapter, we started with a discussion on Salesforce architecture, the benefits of using the Salesforce technology, and the multiple products offered by Salesforce. Lightning Experience is the latest user interface, which offers many enhancements and more productivity over the older Salesforce Classic user interface.
