Chapter 5. Consume
Use of components can occur in different contexts: solution delivery consuming business components, or component delivery consuming technical components. The most common context is the delivery of business solutions to fulfill business needs. Only the use and reuse of components makes today's key development objectives consistent with the delivery of solutions that are fully aligned to business needs.
The consume process forms an umbrella for all those activities that focus on the project-based delivery of business solutions; see Figure 5.1.
