Introduction
Every business faces constant change, and these changes increase the pressure on IT development to deliver successful solutions. Changes to the business make new demands on IT developers to respond quickly to the opportunities or threats to the core business. Solution development is measured in weeks rather than months, which means that the development process must be responsive to the different needs of each project.
