So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Process management and rollout tools
As you have seen from the preceding sections of this book, the main difference in component- and service-based development, when compared with OO, relational and structured development, is a conceptual process difference. Many of the techniques are similar, with slight variations in emphasis. This means that the biggest challenge is deploying mind-share among the software developers who are to apply these new concepts. A good place to start is to get all of the developers to read this book, but you will also need more depth and greater definition.
