I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
7 AGREE WHO HOLDS SIGNING AUTHORITY
Signing authority is the ability to say ‘yes’ to expenditure. A project budget describes and tracks all the things that need to be purchased, but someone actually has to sign the invoice, raise a purchase order and be accountable for the money that leaves the company. It could be you as the project manager or someone else; either way when you buy something you need to know whose desk the paperwork should land on.
