So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
31 AGREE WHO IS GOING TO SIGN OFF
Who on your project will have the authority to make decisions at the most senior level? If you do not yet know, find out before the project gets too far downstream. You need to have someone to turn to in case you need a decision on the way the project is heading, and political power games can significantly delay (or stall or close down) a project completely. Thinking through the organisational structure of the project in advance can help prevent that.
