36 ORGANISE A PARTY
One of your roles as a project manager is to keep the team motivated throughout the project, so that they continue to meet deadlines and turn in quality work. The end of a project, after your final team meeting, can seem like an anti-climax to those people who have been working on it for months, sometimes years. They will quickly forget any little treats or motivational rewards that you organised during the project. Do something else to mark the end.
