I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Scope forms part of the ‘golden triangle’ of project management (also known as the triple constraint) along with resources and time. Figure II explains the triangle. Scope, resources and time are equally balanced within a project and form an equilateral triangle. If there is a change to any part of the triangle, another element has to change as well to keep the balance. For example, if scope increases, time has to increase to give the project team longer to deliver the proposed changes.
