So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
10 USE TIMESHEETS FOR TRACKING TIME
Project recording normally takes the form of timesheets, completed by the project team on a weekly basis. Time recording is a seemingly straightforward and useful task but it can alienate team members if the rationale behind it is not explained and the methods are applied too rigidly.
