4.1 LAPLACE TRANSFORM

It has been found that Fourier transform can be applied to a large variety of functions. It is also widely used as a mathematical tool in engineering. Due to the restriction

it is impossible to apply this transform for many functions, e.g. ramp, parabolic etc. because the integral is not converging. So these kind of functions are not Fourier transformable.
