Convince Leaders and Get the Resources

You’ve done the work to identify opportunities for making your organization’s or client’s content better. Next, you’ll likely need to make the business case to get the time and resources to make it happen. Depending on how much convincing you need to do, keep in mind a few key things.

First, it may make sense to start with something small that doesn’t require a ton of time or budget. Decision makers are less likely to say no to something with little risk . . . as long as you can demonstrate why it’s worth prioritizing.
