Assemble Your Cross-Discipline Team
Doing content well is a team effort, with expertise needed in a lot of different areas. You might have a big team of people with very specialized skills and expertise in particular disciplines. Or you might have a smaller team of people who have skills and expertise in multiple areas. Your team could be made up of all “internal” folks, or you might bring in outside experts (like me!) to round out your team.
