Stakeholder involvement and alignment will make or break your project. This is true for pretty much any project an organization takes on. But it’s especially true for content projects.
Why is stakeholder buy-in such a big deal for content? Because in some way almost everyone touches or shapes the content an organization creates and distributes—from setting the brand strategy, to writing technical product information and support content, to reviewing content for legal or regulatory compliance issues, to designing the documents and sites it lives in.
