Define the Content Experience

The sitemap is finished (although it may continue to evolve). Now it’s time to contemplate how the people who need your website or other digital product will experience it. (We’re going to focus on websites throughout this chapter.)

Defining the experience considers the likely pathways people will take through your website and defines how content should be presented to support people’s needs along those pathways. Of course, we also need to consider that people can arrive at your site on any page and may not arrive at the right place for what they need.
