26. THE POSITION OF THE SUN
IF THE SUN is your light source, there’s nothing you can do to alter the position of the light that illuminates the scene you’re photographing. In some situations you can move the camera, or you may be able move the subject to place them in a more favorable position relative to the light. At the very least, it’s important to understand how the position of your primary exterior light source can affect the scene to create very different types of images.
