It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
53. BLURRING EFFECTS
WE’VE DISCUSSED MANY of the essential processing concepts: adjusting the tonal range, the contrast, the color in a photo, applying changes either globally or locally, and creating a black-and-white interpretation of the image. For the rest of this chapter, we’ll take a brief look at some of the photo processing effects in the very broad category of “everything else.” First up is blurring effects.
