A game generally consists of two parts: the game-play section and the cinematics. These are created in a “game-engine” program utilizing the same type of 2D or 3D animation software used in movies and television. A game usually does not have a director as we would know one in the classic sense. The game creator or designer is called the director. They usually come from the coding end of things.
