Description
This command sets the Committed Information Rate (CIR) for a Switched
Virtual Circuit (SVC) to bps (bits per
second). The CIR is the guaranteed available bandwidth for the
circuit, and may be 0. The in and
out keywords specify the direction to which the
CIR applies.
