Description
The validate-update-source command checks to make
sure that the source IP address of incoming routing updates is on the
same network as the interface receiving the update. This feature
gives some protection against spoofing attacks.
Example
To disable this feature, use the no form of this
command:
router rip network 10.10.0.0 no validate-update-source
