I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Organizational Engagement Survey
Typically, you will find two types of surveys that can be utilized to measure employee engagement. The first type is an organizational assessment. In general, this is an annual assessment of an organization’s employee engagement and how their standing impacts productivity, retention, and organizational health. An organizational assessment is much like going to the doctor and getting a full work-up or physical. We are trying to examine the state of affairs. The survey is characteristically open to the entire employee population and the desire is to get as much participation as possible.
