As the rules engine designer implements rule types that are more and more spe-

cific to the business, it becomes increasingly necessary to ensure that users understand

how to use these rule types. The information shown in Figure 19.5 may not always

be sufficient to achieve this. Therefore, the rules engine designer may find it desir-

able or even necessary to include additional metadata items in the Business Rule Type
