I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

At this point we have covered all the basic functionality that is required to make a
business rules engine work. However, there is a management reporting component
to a business rules engine that must also be implemented.
As discussed in the Introduction there are many reasons for building a rules
engine. The abilities to quickly implement an application in different business envi-
ronments and to extend an application after it is implemented are key drivers for the
adoption of rules engines. Yet there are other important reasons for using business
rules engines. These include being able to understand the logic that an application is
using when it runs and the assurance that the definitions of business rules matches
what is actually being executed. ...
