I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Disabling outgoing mail
If you are running a test or evaluation Jira instance, or testing changes that you have made to your configurations, you might not want to flood your users with test emails. The easiest way for you to disable all outgoing emails is by just clicking on the Disable Outgoing Mail button. This will stop Jira from sending emails as a result of issue updates. Once you are ready to send emails again, you can click on the Enable Outgoing Mail button.
Disabling outgoing mail will only prevent Jira from sending out notification emails based on notification schemes.
