THE BRAND YOU ACTION PLAN
Implementation requires detailed plans. Begin those plans with a
calendar of your scheduled actions. A simple Brand YOU action
plan worksheet (see Figure 7.1) will set you in motion. Using your
ranking of strategic priorities done in Chapter 6, plot a three- to six-
month calendar based on the when, what, where, how, and who of
what you’ll be doing. The entries should be concise but complete
enough to state what will be accomplished.
Details really matter here. Even if you are prepared for a new ac-
tivity, but have incorrect directions to the location, your Brand
