Issue – trying to add a node to a newly created Proxmox cluster when nodes do not form quorum

From Proxmox 4.0 and later, we now require the multicast feature. Without this, nodes will be unable to form quorum. So, when we add a new node to a cluster, if the process gets stuck at Waiting for Quorum..., we need to ensure that multicast is enabled on the switch. As soon as multicast is available, nodes will form quorum without any issues.
