Balancing node resources
Always ensure that each Proxmox node in a cluster has similar CPU and memory resources. If some nodes end up with more than the others, it will cause an issue when trying to move or migrate VMs from a high-resource node to a low-resource node. The node with less resources will not be able to handle all VMs, causing longer downtime during node failure. This issue can be mitigated by using a combination of a few high resource nodes and more low resource nodes.
