Configuring the disk health notification

In the Proxmox built-in monitoring section, we saw how we can leverage S.M.A.R.T. to receive automated emails if there are any issues for any disk drives. In this section, we are going to accomplish the same thing, but with Zabbix, and with an additional feature: graphing. A great use case of a graph for a disk drive is monitoring data for temperature. High temperature is a bad thing for all spinning drives. Using the Zabbix graph, we can see the exact temperature trend of the storage cluster, down to a single drive, and take action accordingly.
