Stored Data

Every organization, every solution, every system stores data. Your phone (a solution) stores data: Your phone numbers are data, your messages are data, your banking app stores data, your to-do list is data, your calendar, your settings, your notes … the list is endless.

We process data all the time. When you make a payment using a card, phone, or watch, you are processing data. The data representing your money is moved from your account to the recipient’s account. When you look at your card statement, you are looking at stored data that has been processed and stored for every transaction in the past month.
