We’re getting close to the end of this book, and so far, it has been talking about techniques for business analysis: context diagrams, business events, requirements, stories, models, prototyping, and others. We hope that you have found a collection of techniques that will be helpful to you and your work.

Before we part company, we want to look at the softer side of business analysis: the people-focused side. We want to talk about people and why they are important. We will also talk about the process and how you might look at it before you decide what your process is to be.
