Editing Still Images
When you drop still images onto the Video track, Movie Maker treats the images almost the same way it treats video files, except that there are no duration limits or associated audio files. All the techniques described in the previous sections for getting videos into the Storyboard/Timeline window, moving them around, trimming them on the Timeline, and splitting and deleting them apply to still images as well.
You set the default duration for all images inserted into your projects in the Options dialog box using a process described in “Setting Project Defaults” in Chapter 3.
You can drag multiple images to the Timeline to create a slide show, and you can add audio, transitions, and special effects. If you're really psyched ...
