So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 12. Working with Audio
The more you work with video, the more you realize that audio is at least as important as the visual presentation, and often more so, especially for Internet video, which is usually grainy and postage-stamp size. Whether the soundtrack is an informative or evocative narration or mood-establishing background music, audio is an extraordinarily powerful medium.
As you've probably noticed by now, Windows Movie Maker has only two audio tracks: one dedicated to the audio included with the captured or imported video, and one for all other audio. While this may sound limiting, there's a simple workaround, described in this chapter.
