Sending Your Video in E-mail

Use the next procedure to produce a file for transmitting your video via e-mail. Note, however, that most ISPs limit the size of attachments you can send with e-mails. Send a file that's too large, and your ISP won't deliver it, usually also sending you an e-mail saying so, but not always.

For example, my Hotmail account won't send files larger than 1 MB, while my Earthlink account won't go beyond 5 MB. For this reason, when sending files via e-mail, think short and sweet, not War and Peace.

Note that you can set the maximum file size produced by Movie Maker for attachment to an e-mail message on the Advanced Options screen (Figure 16.23), accessed by choosing Tools > Options from the main menu. See “Setting Project ...
