It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Title Options and Track Type
Movie Maker can insert titles on two different tracks: the Video track and the Title Overlay track (Figure 13.1). How you work with the titles depends on the track you're using.

For example, titles inserted on the Video track appear against a configurable solid background color. When inserted, they push all other content on the Video and Audio tracks back by the duration of the title.
