In recent years, Oracle has made a concerted effort to web-enable their most popular A development tools. As a result, the Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Discoverer products do not support full web-based functionality. In fact, as of release 9i of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, deploying to a client (a PC in most cases) is no longer even supported—the Web is the only option to deploy your forms or reports.
