What Is Administration?

OracleAS Portal administration is the process by which tasks are performed that affect the OracleAS Portal environment. Usually, there is a member of the organization that is dedicated to this task. Sometimes, that person is also tasked with setting up users and maintaining security, but sometimes, especially when the portal is big and has a large number of users, there is a separate person dedicated to this task.
